- Sourcing and selecting high-level Salesforce candidates for roles with our existing and prospective clients
- Managing the recruitment process end-to-end; from CV submission to interview to offer release and onboarding
- Supporting and participating in business development activities and (eventually) taking the lead on your own client relationships
- Building relationships within the Salesforce community; attending Salesforce events and helping build the Cloudway Talent brand
- Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent Sales experience) in any subject
- Desire to achieve exceptional results and be part of a high-performance culture
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Solution-oriented mindset and calm under pressure

- £23K basic salary (rising to £25k after probation), uncapped commission, no thresholds.

We help multi-national, SME and start-up clients across the world meet the best talent (permanent and freelance) and are looking for two Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultants to make that happen
Successful hires will be inducted into our high-performing team to help cater to our clients across EMEA, connecting with the best talent and managing the recruitment process end-to-end.
We were founded by two Recruitment Directors with a combined 15 years' experience building & shaping exceptional careers in Recruitment.
