Cloudway Talent is a fast-growing, dynamic recruitment scale-up focused on the Salesforce and CRM Talent Ecosystem. We help multi-national, SME and start-up clients across the world meet the best talent (permanent and freelance) and are looking for two Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultants to make that happen

Successful hires will be inducted into our high-performing team to help cater to our clients across EMEA, connecting with the best talent and managing the recruitment process end-to-end.

We were founded by two Recruitment Directors with a combined 15 years' experience building & shaping exceptional careers in Recruitment.

We are a determined team, looking for similarly ambitious graduates with an appetite for growth and self-improvement. What you'll be responsible for in the first 6-12 months of your career:

• Sourcing and selecting high-level Salesforce candidates for roles with our existing and prospective clients
• Managing the recruitment process end-to-end; from CV submission to interview to offer release and onboarding
• Supporting and participating in business development activities and (eventually) taking the lead on your own client relationships
• Building relationships within the Salesforce community; attending Salesforce events and helping build the Cloudway Talent brand

What you'll bring to the table:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent Sales experience) in any subject
• Desire to achieve exceptional results and be part of a high-performance culture
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Solution-oriented mindset and calm under pressure
• Interest in a career in Sales and Recruitment
