Finance Manager job for an ambitious well established company based in Watford paying £55,000-£58,000

Your new company

You'll be working for an ambitious, well established, professional organisation that operate within a bespoke scientific area who are looking to double in size over the next 3-5 years.

Your new role

You'll be working as a Finance Manager and will be responsible for the production of monthly management accounts whilst managing a team of 3.

Your duties will include;

Full control of the monthly preparation of management accounts pack and commentary
Preparation of monthly KPI pack
Balance sheet and bank reconciliations
Investment schedules
Year end and annual audit
VAT returns
Budgeting and forecasting
Financial reporting

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) ideally with experience working within an accountancy practice although other experience will be considered.

You'll need to have a comprehensive working knowledge of monthlymanagement accounts and cost accounting as well as experience managing a team.

What you'll get in return

You'll be paid £55,000-£58,000 per annum and will work a 37.5 hour week in a primarily office based but hybrid capacity.

You'll be working for a highly regarded market leader with ambitious growth plans and the potential to progress into a Financial Controllerrole.
