    Description

    Java Developer

    Bristol (1 day on-site)

    £50,000 - £70,000

    Currently working with a multinational professional services and technology organisation who are in search of Software Engineers (Java focused) to join their Data & Technology team within their Central Government sector to offer new bespoke solutions to solve customers complex operational problems.

    What you'll be doing as a Java Developer:

    • SDLC in Java.
    • high quality incremental software releases.
    • in occasional client site integrations, demos, training and business development activities.
    • continuous improvement by investigating research on alternative technologies, tools and methods.

    Essential Skills and Experience

    • 3-4 years of experience in Java Development.
    • with at least one framework, such as Spring or Hibernate.
    • with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, would be advantageous.
    • will have experience working with Agile environments to deliver software projects.
    • Senior positions you must demonstrate mentorship experience .

    Java Developer package:

    • £70,000 (experience dependant)
    • pension
    • benefits scheme

    Candidates MUST either hold active UK SC Clearance or be eligible for National Security Vetting .
