Purpose of the Job:
We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator within the Keystone Transport & Logistics Department.
- Provide day to day support to the Transport Manager ensuring that all administrative activities are carried out in a safe and timely manner
- Provide day to day POD Requests
- POD scanning
- Admin Reports
- Costings
- KPIs
- Processing Sub Contraction Invoices
- Carry out various Admin duties

- Professional manner when dealing with Customers
- Excellent computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Enthusiastic, good attitude & willing to learn
- Fast Learner
- Strong administration skills
- Good Team Player
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
