Description
Summit Chairs Ltd are looking for a bright and enthusiastic new member for the Sales Office. The Customer Service Administrator role is based in our Trowbridge office and is a full time permanent position.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Supporting the sales office with day to day functions of selling our products.
  • You will deliver excellent customer care and administration whilst liaising with other departments to analyse and resolve customer queries.
  • Accurately process orders and deal with all aspects of account changes and related customer care.
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of our portfolio of products and services to understand customer requirements.
  • Resolving issues and troubleshooting sales orders and enquiries.
  • Delivering information about a company's offerings for both the Wholesale and Retail part of Summit Chairs and Summit at Home.
  • Handling customer complaints. Identify opportunities to turn dissatisfies customers into happy customers.
  • Upholding our Customer Service Standards & measuring service levels through our Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Using our business platforms and systems for data entry.
  • Report regularly to management on all activities relating to the role and daily performance.
  • Be innovative and forthcoming with ideas in order to improve service to customers.
  • To work as part of a team in maintaining our customer service KPI's.
  • 12 years customer service experience, although not essential as training is provided.
  • Accurate with good attention to detail.
  • Good telephone manner, with a friendly outgoing approach to customer care.
  • A 'can do' attitude to problem solving.
  • A friendly, outgoing and positive attitude with a passion for Customer Care, balancing customer needs/expectations with business KPI's.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Team player with the ability to always portray a positive attitude.
  • IT Literate
  • MS Office, Excel, Outlook.
