I am working with an established, highly reputable domiciliary care provider that are seeking an experienced manager for their service in the Porthcawl area of Bridgend, South Wales.

This is a family orientated organisation that are committed to providing amazing levels of care and have an outstanding reputation in the area. They put very high focus on looking after staff and are looking for a committed manager who can come in andgrow with the company long-term.

The role:


  • Handle day to day management of service
  • Focus on the service delivering outstanding levels of care
  • Ensure the service is compliant with CIW
  • Deal with the rostering at the service
  • Build and develop a strong team
  • Liaise with both local authority and private clients

Required competencies:


  • Worked within care setting
- will accept deputy or people stepping up

  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Competent with technology
  • Level 5 qualification
  • Excellent personal skills
  • Passionate about delivering highquality care
