The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and flexible contract support service to Burberry maintaining concise records of all ISS financial / operational duties on the contract.

The role regularly requires liaison and partnership working with clients and ISS stakeholders.


As a Facilities Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of operations by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and efficiently managing various administrative tasks.


Your responsibilities will encompass compiling and organising documentation, managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), ensuring compliance with quality management systems, and facilitating training programs.

Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute significantly to the success of our operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the client regarding daytoday request
  • Maintain all Personal Files
  • Ensure all exceptions and reactions are recorded.
  • Build effective relationships with the customer
  • Arrange in house and offsite training.
  • Keep training matrix up to date and make managers aware of training that is required or expired.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience of a customerfacing role using operating systems such as FMS
  • A good basic education is essential GCSE passes in Maths and English or equivalent.
  • Excellent PC skills with experience in Work, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must demonstrate a strong sense of customer focus.
  • Excellent verbal, and good basic standard written, communication skills.
  • Selfmotivated and systematic
  • Results / task orientated, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team, as well as independently.
