What will you be doing?

Main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Developing and executing creative social media content strategies that promote the group's brand, people, products, and services.
  • Creating visually appealing and professional graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia assets for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling social media content.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve content quality and engagement.
  • Producing, editing, and optimising videos for social media platforms, including video clips, animations, and promotional videos.
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders, including marketing managers, sales teams, and external vendors, to gather necessary content and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintaining a consistent brand identity across all social media platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and visual standards.
  • Monitoring and analysing the performance of social media content, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Engaging with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08:30am - 17:00pm.


Who are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 23 years experience as a social media content creator, graphic designer, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A strong understanding of video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools and familiarity with video production techniques, including shooting, editing, and postproduction processes.
  • Excellent visual storytelling abilities and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
  • Solid knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
  • Good organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A meticulous and committed attitude to delivering highquality work.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and also independently.
  • A willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry and an interest in cars is a plus but not essential.
