    What will you be doing?

    Our team at our highly successful Burton Business Centre are looking for a new team member with a passion for providing exceptional levels of customer service to join their team. This is a challenging role where customer care always comes first.

    You will:

  • Take the time to talk to people & build a genuine rapport in order to identify exactly what your customer needs, turning opportunities into business.
  • Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities with each sale.
  • Exceed customer satisfaction and promote long term profitability for the Dealership & Group.
  • Telephone prospect new and existing customers.
  • Conduct customer meetings to secure orders and have full involvement in all processes up to and following delivery.
  • Effectively promote and sell additional items such as GAP, paint protection, service plans and warranties.
  • Keep up to date with current finance options regulations and legislation to be able to provide our customers with all available options.

    The working rota for this role is 5.5 days a week as per the sales rota.

    Who are we looking for?

    You will need to have:

  • Experience working in a target-driven retail sales background, ideally within an Automotive setting.
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills.
  • Strong and effective communication and persuasion skills alongside telephone prospecting experience
  • Experience of selling F&I products.
  • Motivation and drive.
  • The ability to deliver a first class Customer buying experience and maximise every profit opportunity.
  • An enthusiasm and passion for exceeding targets.
  • An ability to perform well under pressure
  • An organised and methodical approach to work
  • Knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft Office
  • A full, UK driving licence.

    • The successful applicant must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
