Our client is the market leading automotive, remanufacturer who are looking for a Call Handler to join their team based in Heanor, Derbyshire.


_Although industry experience is not required, however an interest in the automotive industry would be beneficial._

Your responsibilities as the new Call Handler:

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, this will consist of dealing with enquiries from the public and professional automotive technicians regarding car parts and car faults
  • Taking customer payments and updating customer records
  • Communicate effectively with the internal technical departments
  • Be an effective go between for customers and internal technical staff

About the role:


  • Monday
  • Friday Full Time, Permanent
  • 9:00am
  • 17:30pm
- £19,273 - £22,000 Per Annum

  • 32 holidays per year, inclusive of bank holidays
