- Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies across your category of packaging or ingredients.
- Build relationships with suppliers, negotiating and ensuring deals align with business needs.
- Responsible for overall category management including Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Negotiation.
- Support and manage multiple projects from cradle to grave, driving strategy and communicating risks with the team & business.
- Experienced across end-to-end procurement.
- Ideally from the Food industry but they are open to people from different backgrounds
- Comfortable managing internal stakeholder and external supplier relationships.
- Can undertake work and projects on their own initiative.

Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a market leading business who are at the forefront of the food & beverage industry and are looking for a passionate procurement professional to join the team. They are in an exciting period of growth and are looking to transform the procurement function as they move from a tactical to more strategic function.
They are looking for people who have end to end procurement experience, but the main thing is someone who is wanting to continue growing and progressing within procurement. They have two roles, one focusing on the Packaging category and the other focusing on the Ingredients category, but you will also support on ad-hoc projects across other categories from time to time to strengthen and broaden your experience.
