    We are looking for a Creative Producer/ Production Manager to join our design team at Ignite, the creative agency part of global graphics company AE Live.

    You will assist the Creative Director and VP Creative in management of the team and support the daily operation, implementation, and execution of all projects whilst feeding into the wider-strategic direction.

    As a key member of the management team, you will have the ability to work across projects globally and work with colleagues across multiple time zones.

    From title sequences to branding, insert package design to on-air broadcast graphics, there's a wide variety of exciting diverse projects ahead.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Day-to-day operational management of the Ignite design team and output of the studio in partnership with the Creative Director. This includes but is not limited to project/job planning, budgeting, resource allocation and workflow management.
    • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget.
    • Lead and co-ordinate projects from initial brief, through to final delivery with oversight of quality control.
    • Monitor agency budgets, expenses, and profitability, working with senior leadership to make strategic decisions to maximise revenue and minimize costs.
    • Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure all creative output meets the highest quality standards and aligns with client expectations.
    • Work closely with the Creative Director UK, VP Creative, Ignite NZ studio and stakeholders across the AE Live Group to review workflows, drive efficiencies and ensure best practice.
    • Act as a global leader for the Ignite UK design studio which may necessitate working with clients and partners across global time zones and sometimes at unsociable hours.
    • Represent Ignite within the global AE Live Group community and externally.

    Required Skills

    • Experience (5+ years) working as Creative Producer or Production Manager within an agency or creative production team.
    • A sound knowledge of graphics production and the creative design process.
    • Extensive experience managing budgets.
    • Excellent Excel skills.
    • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience working with production/workforce planning software (eg. JIRA, Monday, Toggl).

    Advantageous Skills / Experience / Interests

    • Interest in design including motion graphics, layouts, branding or typography.
    • A database of creatives and designers.
    • Interest in sports and/or sports television either linear or streaming.
    • Experience with creative design software (eg. Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D).
    • Awareness of broadcast graphics systems.
