    Job Title: Lead Integration Engineer / Architect

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Integration Engineer / Architect with a robust background in systems integration within the Higher Education sector. The successful candidate will have extensive experience integrating a variety of systems, with a focus on core platforms like Banner, Planon, and StarRez, as well as other systems and interfaces in conjunction with SAP S/4 Hana.

    Responsibilities:

    • Design and implement integration strategies for core systems such as Banner, Planon, and StarRez, as well as additional systems and interfaces with SAP S/4 Hana.
    • Architect and oversee the implementation of broad-scale integration projects, aligning them with institutional goals.
    • Develop robust API interfaces and manage integration flows to ensure high performance and reliability.
    • Coordinate effectively with IT teams, administrative leaders, and a range of third-party vendors to ascertain and fulfil integration needs.
    • Manage the full lifecycle of integration projects, from planning through deployment and ongoing support, maintaining scalability and security.
    • Document all integration designs, processes, and architectures for compliance and operational governance.
    • Lead and mentor a team of integration engineers, fostering an environment of technical growth and innovation.
    • Keep abreast of new technologies and trends in system integration and propose enhancements to existing architectures.
    • Extensive coordination with third-party vendors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.


    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Minimum 7 years of experience in system integration, specifically within the Higher Education sector.
    • Demonstrated expertise in integrating a wide range of systems, including but not limited to Banner, Planon, and StarRez.
    • Profound knowledge of API management, middleware technologies, and various integration patterns.
    • Proven track record in managing large-scale integration projects and navigating complex vendor relationships.
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical mindset.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing diverse teams and external partnerships.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology program management within an IT consulting environment.
    • Extensive experience in managing complex IT projects involving system integrations and transformations.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in managing client relationships and project engagements.
    • Strong background in one or more of the following platforms: AWS, SAP, Google Cloud, Sitecore, Microsoft Azure, Salesforce.
    • Proven track record in budget management and contract negotiations. Certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP).
    • PRINCE2 Practitioner.
    • Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP).
    • ITIL Certification.
    • Cloud Platform Certifications
