- Deal efficiently and courteously with all employees on, and visitors to, site.
- Ensure the effective administration of site facility management and contractors such as the cleaners.
- Be willing to train to provide cover for other operational/administration functions where necessary (holidays etc).
- Support the Multisol group as a key contact for the arrangement of travel and accommodation in the UK and overseas.
- Enter purchase order and other data onto site systems via computer.
- Have a good knowledge of computers systems and the MS Office suite with Excel and Word being essential.
- Ensure the progression of employee expense claims using receipts and the groups electronic systems.
- Confirm the sites weekly online sundry purchasing and to manage the records and distribution of the same.
- Coordinate the execution of any general admin directives from Site Management
- Order items online as requested and authorised by site Management.
- Other Administration related duties as required.
- Be the 'face of Multisol' and provide a welcoming, professional, and courteous experience for visitors and contractors.
- Conduct site safety inductions and ensure all security protocols are implemented for new visitors and contractors to site.
- Coordinate meeting room activities and use the switchboard to direct calls to others on site as appropriate.
- Other Reception related duties as required.
- Follow the Companies Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental (QSHE) rules and procedures at all times.
- Administer the sites near miss, accident, and incident recording process.
- On occasion this role may also be requested to provide on-site holiday/sickness cover for the admin staff at Multisol head office in Daresbury. As such a driving licence would be of benefit.
- Previous experience of administration and receptionist roles preferred, but not essential.

- With an ability to communicate well across all levels including internal and external customers, contractors and suppliers.
- Someone who is readily able to manage, plan and prioritise workloads and ensure deadlines are met. At least one job must be selected in order to apply.

Our team in Irlam currently has an opening for a Receptionist / Administrator.
Working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday with an hour for lunch (40 hours per week).
