Looking for a service delivery bias recruitment role in a fast paced, fun yet professional environment? We are recruiting for a highly motivated, reactive and driven recruiter who is passionate to provide the very best service to numerous clients.

Vacancieswill be sourced by their business development manager and you will focus on delivering on all their promises.

No cold calling, however, you will be comfortable to upsell where possible and work as a team to maximise all opportunities.

Sectors can cover Industrial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Commercial (but not restricted to) across temp and perm business.

For your hard work you will be well remunerated by a basic package in the region on £25k DOE plus bonus and benefits inc free parking.

To be considered you must know all processes involved, have a keen eye for detail, great organisational and communication skills and be results/reward driven.

Your role will be varied and ever-changing and you will upsell within existing clients when/whererequired, building key relationships along the way.

The job

Managing existing and new clients filling and client relationship building
Advertise through various platforms
Spot market opportunities, pass leads and create new revenue opportunities where possible and pass leads to the BDM
