Comprehensive Care is a UK supported living service provider for people with diverse and often complex mental health and learning disability in community setting.
We are seeking a part time confident CBT/DBT therapist who will monitor, report and provide psychological support to our service users which promote choice, well-being and protection of all individuals in the services based in Manchester.

Job description:
CBT Therapist
The role:
Be interested in dynamic therapy with clients who are motivated to change.
Have experience of and actively use DBT skills & techniques
Provide high quality interventions in accordance with NICE guidance
Be an inspirational collaborator with excellent communication skills
Have previous experience in the area of acute mental health
Be skilled in the facilitation of a range of group interventions.
Be an accredited CBT therapist or working towards accreditation
To take a lead in promoting a positive culture and value led organisation.
To support and develop Support Worker to provide person centre support to those using the service.
To deliver and monitor the organisations ethos of quality service.
To meet key legislative requirements.
To achieve positive outcomes for service users
To work with Multi-agency partners including Commissioning Authorities and Families in the delivery of the support provided
To take part in an on-call rota for out of hours service management and support when needed
To support the entire staff team
Take part in assessment, audit, care planning & reviews
Take part in MDT'S and any other task as required
Provide supervision for the care staff.
Minimum Experience & Qualifications required:
- Professional Qualification
- CBT/DBT
- Relevant experience within the Health or Social Care Sector.
