Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday - 3pm finish Friday.
2fawcett are currently recruiting for an experienced hands on HR Manager / Generalist. This is a standalone role reporting into the Managing Director and Financial Director. You will oversee all HR generalist activities and be part of the senior management team.
Responsibilities:
- Act as HR Manager to line managers and various stakeholders, providing customerorientated HR support across the business group, finding solutions in line with HR Policies and process.
- Review and update policies and procedures in line with new legislation.
- Participate in Management meetings, providing KPI statistics on headcount, attendance and any other key areas.
- Daily reporting of attendance through the TNA system
- Prepare payroll ready for sending to outsourced pay bureau
- Carry out HR inductions for all new starters
- Responsibility for completion of offer letters and contracts of employment
- Keeping the HR system up to date and in line with GDPR
Essential Skills
- Min CIPD Level
- Level 5 HRM
- Experience within manufacturing/engineering
- Good knowledge of employment legislation
- Working to deadlines, delivering precise data management and reporting
- Resource planning and partnering with internal stakeholders
- Ability to work proactively across the business and HR function with mínimal intervention
- This role will suit somebody that is a HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor looking to take the next step in their career.
