    Reporting to the Clinical & Diagnostics Director, this exciting and challenging role involves working within a cross-functional team to provide high-quality technical expertise, training, consultancy and representation for Oxford Nanopore key strategic partners and customers in the clinical space.

    The successful candidate will be working closely with KOLs, key strategic partners and internal teams to provide technical project management and tailored support for clinical and diagnostics products from early access/POC, clinical evaluation and fully released solutions.

    The post holder will strengthen the company's relationship with key clinical partners and ensure successful support, evaluation and adoption in the field.

    Provide front line support to customers and partners on all aspects of the nanopore sequencing workflow including sample preparation, sequencing and data analysis.

    Providing high quality technical expertise to clinical partners and KOLs by act as the point of contact for the key internal teams

    Support with implementation and adoption of new clinical and diagnostics solutions (either fully developed in ONT or through partners), troubleshooting and guide them during and post implementation.

    Provide support, project management and technical expertise for clinical diagnostics solutions during early access/POC, external alpha/beta/validation and clinical trials
    Co-ordinate and deliver training, demos and solution evaluation at partners and customer sites.
    Work in collaboration with Applications team and evaluate early prototypes (end-to-end regulated solutions from wet lab to reporting) to provide valuable feedback on product development and usability studies
    Technical training, on-boarding and user support for market seeding, early access and developer programs
    Evaluate partners solutions in the lab in collaboration with internal teams.
    Together with regional manager support clinical partners training, on-boarding, early access programs and 2nd line support.
    Recording and documenting all relevant information from customers and prospective customers into the CRM
