Multi-Trades Recruitment are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator.As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our management team in the successful delivery of contracts and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities department.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the management team in the overall delivery of contracts, focusing on service standards, service response, reporting, helpdesk, and general management.
- Collaborate with the facilities department to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery across the site.
- Maintain uptodate Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
- Coordinate and oversee any necessary remedial works, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Monitor and report on contract performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate measures.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing their queries and concerns effectively.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract administration or facilities management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficient in using computer software and systems, including MS Office Suite and contract management software.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Problemsolving mindset and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices is highly desirable.
