Reception, administration and customer service experience Presentable Empathetic Excellent telephone skills and manner Engaging manner with clients and staff Good spoken English Computer literate Organised Calm under pressure Animal lover
Desirable Attributes:
Good written English Extroverted and outgoing Able to solve problems Mediation ability Sales experience Able to work under pressure Knowledge of first aid (helpful but not essential as training can be offered)
