The role
We are currently looking to recruit a Project Administrator within our Education Services team.
The role of the Project Administrator, Education Services focuses on providing high quality administrative support for projects, including event coordination, programme recruitment, database support, and data entry and validation.
You will work with the Project Manager to provide effective project and operational management by tailoring methodologies to develop bespoke approaches for projects to ensure that they are delivered on time, achieve financial targets and ensure a successful contract with customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation and maintenance of appropriate project management systems and tools, including process mapping, setting up and maintaining project files
- Projects and activities are completed on time and to budget, using project management tools and processes.
- Formal processes and timelines are implemented and maintained for all projects
- Internal risks and issues are tracked and monitored and promptly escalated to the Project Manager as relevant
- Data relating to the strand is collected, entered and saved in an approved format and reported on as required

Strong competence in Office 365 (Excel, Word etc.), as well as excellent organisational, planning and written skills and attention to detail, are also essential for this role.
