Private Equity Lawyer - 2+PQE

We're instructed by a global law firm that is looking to bring on board an associate to join its highly successful and busy Private Equity team.

This role will be well suited to private equity lawyers who have at least two years' experience gained at a London PE team. Experience should ideally include acting for management teams as well as sponsors and portfolio companies.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established PE team which has ambitious growth plans.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and will offer hybrid working from the firm's London office.
