    This role requires you to be in their Oxford office two to three days per week. There is parking and the office is a short walk from Oxford train station.

    Key responsibilities of the Marketing Communications Manager include

    Managing a team of four, you and your team will be responsible for marketing to existing customers and internal employees.

    • People Management: nurture and manage a team of four marketers
    • Customer Marketing: market existing products and solutions to customers, primarily through email marketing
    • Employer Branding: work with the talent and people team to help tell the company's story to prospective employees
    • Communications: be the communications expert and support other teams with messaging, brand, etc.

    Skills and experience the Marketing Communications Manager must have

    • B2B marketing communications experience
    • People management experience (managing at least one person)
    • Good writing skills
    • Well organised and proactive

    Salary and benefits for the Marketing Communications Manager role

    £50,000 - £55,000 basic + 10% bonus, 5% pension, 25 days holiday
