Accounts Payable Executive | Global Media Agency | Central London

Harmonic are delighted to be working with an Independent Global Media Agency supporting them with their search for an Accounts Payable Executive to join their team out of their Central London offices.

Turning over around £300mill globally, they have beenworldwide leaders in their market 15+ years, with offices spreading across the UK, US, and Asia.

They work with countless high-profile clients and provide world class service, technology, and collaboration to create exceptional campaigns that deliver measurableresults across multiple platforms.

In their first 10 years, their intelligent, creative, technology-led solutions saw them grow into a team of over 230 people located in key cities across the globe.

They have a fantastic office space in the heart of London, where they like to make use of the vibrant bars and restaurants nearby.

They are a values driven business who are now looking for an eager AP Assistant to join their sociable, collaborative team.

The Role:

Credit Card reconciliations
Monthly journal entries, accruals, and prepayments
Balance Sheet reconciliations
Preparing P&L accounts
Assisting with Forecasting and Budgeting
Helping to produce management reports and analysis
Intercompany and intergroup accounts billing and reconciliation
Assisting with month end duties
Adhoc duties as required

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

1-2 years' experience working in an Accounts Payable role
Media Agency or Creative Agency experience
MS Excel proficient
Strong attention to detail
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Good allrounder, proactive, team player

What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):

NetSuite experience

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000
