    The Role

    We take immense pride in providing our guests a diverse range of award-winning venues - including a traditional pub, café/bistro, bar & events space and pizza kitchen.

    Each establishment offers a distinctive experience appealing to a broad clientele, and we are now seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our fantastic Front of House team across these venues.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Manager who's passionate about hospitality and eager to develop further.

    Our complex is truly the heart of our park, serving as the hub where our guests come together, and this role is vital in ensuring fantastic guest experience and creating happy memories.

    As the Manager you will oversee the operations of our food outlets - leading by example, developing your team and ensuring our brand thrives.

    In this fast-moving industry, every day brings something new, but on a typical week you will find yourself drive service standards ensuring fantastic customer service and professionalism, team management and development, recruiting and training, ensuring compliance, managing rotas, stock and cost control, running events and all the other usual things that keeps a department running smoothly.

    We will give you support to learn the Cofton way, but there are a few things we ask for:
    Proven experience in a similar Management role
    Leadership experience and the ability to inspire a team
    Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
    Innovative with bags of enthusiasm
    Flexibility with the ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
