Contract Type: 12 month Fixed Term

Manage the successful completion of online due diligence portals and Due Diligence Questionnaires for Rathbones Asset Management to win new business and retain existing business for the firm with a view to ultimately increasing the firms AUM.

Provision of accurate and timely data to external third parties and platforms.
Seek ways to enhance efficiencies and streamline processes in relation to data provision via automation or process improvements.
Timely and accurate data on due diligence portals and completion of Due Diligence Questionnaires.

Collation/manipulation of quantitative and qualitative data from various stakeholders and warehousing this data in accordance with procedures for each given task.

Solid working relationships across Rathbones Asset Management and externally.
Understanding of asset management, particularly funds
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience working with financial data, preferably fund data
Experience working in an asset management firm/fund house
