    Job Description

    Immediate Requirement: A well-established Bank is seeking a Litigation Legal Counsel to join their team on either a permanent or temporary basis, depending on your preference.

    Salary 85-90k (per annum) or equivalent day rate.

    The successful candidate will be required to attend the office 5 days a week (London). Hybrid working is not a possibility.

    The role:

    • Mitigating risks of Litigation by ensuring that the bank follows statutory and regulatory procedures.
    • Reviewing and updating standard bank documents.
    • Assisting with company secretarial duties
    • Corporate governance
    • Providing advice on employment regulations and law

    Ideal candidate:

    • 4 years PQE +
    • In-house experience gained within financial services (minimum 3 years)
    • Law degree
