At the core of the organization is the production facility that manufactures over 15 million units from a 120k sq ft site in East Anglia.
They are looking to hire a dynamic Manufacturing Manager to assist with this growth, they need to strengthen the senior management team in the production facility and seek a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing Manager ideally from within the Personal Care sector.
The successful applicant will have responsibility for Bulk Production and filling lines for the factory and will report to the Manufacturing Director.
You will be given full autonomy and will be judged purely on driving increased efficiencies in the bulk and filling plant.
Initially the focus will be on Bulk Production and building a stable team of competent individuals.It will require a positive/can-do attitude, intelligence/common sense, and lots of self-confidence.
