As a Clinical Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of their nursing home, with a specific focus on clinical excellence and resident care.
Working closely with the Home Manager, you will oversee the delivery of exceptional care services while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Assist the Home Manager in day-to-day operations, including staffing, budget management, and regulatory compliance.Act as a mentor and role model for staff, promoting professional development and best practices.
Demonstrate expertise in dementia care, providing guidance and support to staff in managing complex needs.
Qualified Nurse with valid NMC registration.
Previous experience in a Deputy Management role within a care home setting.
Strong clinical background with a focus on dementia care.
Commitment to promoting resident-centered care and continuous quality improvement.
