    Job Title:
    Town Planning Director

    Location:
    London, UK


    We are assisting a leading private consultancy in London who are looking to grow their planning and take on an additional director to come in as a fee earner and grow the company even further.

    They offer hybrid working and a half yearly bonus scheme with all members of the company becoming share holders from day one

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives.
    • Lead project teams from inception to completion.
    • Build and maintain client relationships.
    • Mentor and develop the more junior team members.
    • Ensure compliance with planning regulations.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 8 years of planning experience within a private consultancy
    • Strong knowledge of the UK planning system
    • Experience of fee earning
    • RTPI Chartered Membership (highly desirable).
