    Description

    We are recruiting for a Commercial Account Handler to take responsibility for delivery of customer satisfaction to agreed service standards and procedures, ensuring full FCA compliance in all aspects of insurance.

    Mid Term Adjustments, Broking, Renewals, Cross sales, Claims, Queries Premium financing arrangementsOverview of dutiesAdvising a bank of allocated clients on existing products in accordance with their needsSales support including account brokingLiaison with Account Executives in all aspects of account handlingEnsure bad debt queries are dealt with efficiently and in line with company procedure.

    Handle any complaints in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
    Conduct learning, training and assessment exercises in accordance with the individual T&C scheme applicable to you.

    Working knowledge of most insurance productsExperience of working as an Account Handler in a similar broking and sales environmentExperience of working to high standards of FCA compliance Key information:
