    Role: Primary School Teacher

    Location: Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole

    Salary: Competitive (based on the teacher scale - MPS/UPS)

    Start Date: After Easter

    Are you an enthusiastic individual looking to make a positive difference in a primary school, so that children can learn, develop and achieve to the best of their abilities? At GSL Education, we are looking to register and work alongside Primary Teachers with QTS in local primary schools in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole area. We are seeking both experienced teachers and ECTs who are looking to start their teaching career.

    Requirements:


    • Teaching Certification (QTS/QTLS/PGCE)


    • In-depth knowledge of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies


    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


    • Patience, adaptability, and a genuine love for education


    • Ability to craft engaging and inclusive lesson plans

    Responsibilities:


    • Develop and deliver creative and engaging lessons tailored to diverse learning styles


    • Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration


    • Implement effective classroom management strategies to create a conducive learning atmosphere


    • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents


    • Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development and well-being


    • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational trends and best practices


    • Create a safe and supportive learning environment where students feel encouraged to express themselves and take risks
