- Ensuring effective talent attraction & acquisition across all Head Office positions, including leading the talent review and succession planning process.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to advise and support with the annual performance appraisal and compensation review processes.
- Advising and supporting line managers on all HR-related matters, including employment law and employee-related issues, while ensuring a great employee experience.
- Leading all HQ employee engagement initiatives.
- Planning, developing, and delivering effective training courses.

Fella & Jones is delighted to be partnered with this luxury fashion brand in the search for a Senior HR Manager to work across both Head Office and retail on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Global HR Director and company CEO, you will be an operationally sound HR professional with strong experience across the following:
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and CIPD qualified with extensive HR experience, preferably gained within a fast-paced commercial environment. While luxury retail experience would be advantageous, it is not essential. You will have extensive recruitment and employee relations experience and ideally, previous line management experience.
