We have an incredible opportunity to join our JumpStart traineeship programme to help fast-track you onto the next step in your career This course has real potential to lead straight into an apprenticeship with the same employer or full-time employment


Our Skills Coaches will work with you to determine the right career path for you and find a work placement that best suits you within this space.


Examples of jobs in the Childcare sector include:

  • Nursery Practitioner
  • Early Years Practitioner

Please note, this is a foundation level programme and therefore if you have a degree then you are unable to apply.

Childcare Skills and Qualifications:


  • Empathy and sensitivity
  • Tact and discretion
  • Excellent communication
  • Customer service and interpersonal
  • Thoroughness and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Good team spirit
  • Ability to take the initiative

The Programme
8-12 week course combining work-based placement, Employability Skills and Functional Skills (English and Maths).

After successful completion of the course, we will put you directly into an approved apprenticeship scheme or into full-time work.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
From £5.28 per day
