We have an exciting opportunity in Accommodation Services (AS) for someone with a passion for leadership and development looking to use their skills in strategic planning to make an impact on the development of AS.

You will join the AS team in our large and diverse Professional Services department of Accommodation and Commercial Services.

AS is responsible for over 6,000 bed spaces and associated services across a diverse portfolio of properties, buildings and locations and in partnership with a range of providers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities range from initial contacts at open days through much of the student journey, in an area that plays a vital role in allowing students to come to University, live and study successfully.


You will be responsible for operational areas - Accommodation Office including private sector liaison, Customer Services, Housekeeping, FM Services, and Contract Management including large scale and complex leases and PPP agreements.


With responsibility for overseeing AS budgets, you will add substantial benefit to AS by maximising income and controlling expenditure to ensure financial targets, operational objectives and customer satisfaction targets are met through the effective utilisation of all resources.
