An excellent opportunity for a experienced property manager to join our clients award winning team based in Bradley Stoke, Bristol.

You will be managing of portfolio of 150 properties across the North Bristol being the point of contact for all incoming tenantmaintenance calls and coordinator contractor repairs.

Job Duties.

  • Manage a portfolio of 150 properties.
  • Handle the deposit returns process
  • Conducting check outs.
  • Liaising with maintenance contractors.
  • Being the first point contact for all tenants and landlords with in the portfolio.
The ideal Property manager.

  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a property management role
  • Own car and full drivers license (essential).
Job package for the Property Manager

  • Basic salary £24,000 OTE £27,000.
  • Monday to Friday 8:45am
  • 5:30pm
  • Business mileage paid.
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
  • Funded ARLA exams
