- Sorting, counting, andrecording of all linen to ensure sufficient stock is available.
- Washing and ironing in-houselaundry, including kitchen uniforms and clothes, as well as bed and bathlinens.
- Checking all laundry in andout, ensuring all documentation is checked and completed as necessary.
- Assisting the Housekeepers bystripping the beds and removing the bed and bath linens from the guest bedroomsand placing the required clean linens in the guest bedrooms.
- Cleaning and maintaining thelaundry room, including machinery, cupboard and shelving.
- Carrying out periodiccleaning duties as outlined in the assigned checklists.
- Ensuring that all linentrolleys, cupboards and all items pertaining to guest service are stocked asrequired.
- Assisting in the moving offurniture, beds, and cots, as required.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Initiative, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills.
- An understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH.
- A willingness to work to the high standards that are demanded from a luxury establishment.
