Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.
You will play a critical role in maintaining positive customer relationships and ensuring their satisfaction with our products or services.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients in person
- Analyse client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Communicate effectively with clients through various face to face channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
From £23,767.99 per year
