An exceptional business with a fantastic reputation is currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join them on a permanent basis - this is a business-critical role and will make up part of the leadership team.

As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:

The accurate delivery of a multi-sited high volume monthly payroll
Lead, coach and develop a large payroll team
Lead on all year end
Drive continuous improvement across the function
Fully responsible for all payroll related projects
Regular engagement with stakeholders
Work collaboratively with other departments across the business
