We're looking for a Clerk of Works to join our Design and Business Services business, based out of our Offices in Maple Cross, Rickmansworth.

Responsibilities
As a Clerk of Works you'll be working within our Design & Business Services Business, producing high quality, comprehensive reports, to enable our projects to be completed within the allocated parameters.
Your day to day will include:
- Inspection and reporting of Contractor's performance.
- Ensuring compliance with all contract documentation.
- Preparing and presenting detailed reports
- Participating in the detailed design process and the coordination of design information.
- Contribute to design risk assessments.
What are we looking for?
This Clerk of Works role is great for you if you have:
- Sound technical background.
- Understanding and preferably experience of NBS and NBS Chorus.
- Knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts including full service and Design and Build.
- Able to demonstrate an excellent understanding of building construction with an ability to analyse work by designer's and give guidance on best practice, whilst showing a great awareness of the impact on other disciplines'.
