- Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and business requirements.
- Manage project scope, timeline, quality, and budget, applying agile methodologies and practices.
- Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, external clients, and the project team to ensure seamless execution and communication.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring prompt resolution of issues that may impact project success.
- Facilitate collaboration across functional teams to ensure integration and operational efficiency.
- Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and direction to the project team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
- Strong understanding of business processes and dynamics within a consultancy or similar industry.
- Excellent project management skills, with a certification in Agile, PMP, or equivalent being highly desirable.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
