    Delivery Lead - Dynamics365 - Contract

    Key responsibilities:

    • Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and business requirements.
    • Manage project scope, timeline, quality, and budget, applying agile methodologies and practices.
    • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, external clients, and the project team to ensure seamless execution and communication.
    • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring prompt resolution of issues that may impact project success.
    • Facilitate collaboration across functional teams to ensure integration and operational efficiency.
    • Provide hands-on leadership, mentorship, and direction to the project team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM solutions.
    • Strong understanding of business processes and dynamics within a consultancy or similar industry.
    • Excellent project management skills, with a certification in Agile, PMP, or equivalent being highly desirable.
    • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

    This role is located in the London office and will be on-site x3 days per week.
