    Opportunity to join a highly regarded European Fund Manager, currently growing AUM across logistics and regional offices, now looking for a talented and numerate Analyst to join them in a hands on and very diverse role within the UK asset management team.

    Please note, commercial real estate experience is a pre-requisite.
    What will I be doing?
    As part of a small team this role will be extremely varied but will include - Working alongside highly experienced Asset Managers to undertake financial analysis for potential strategic projects including surrenders, regears, capex and leasing
    Providing analytical support to the investment team as and when business need presents

    Take oversight role on all inward investment, working with Asset Managers to devise an asset plan prior to ownership.

    This will include Value Add assets which often require extensive repositioning
    Research and report on market trends, utilising data to support business strategies
    Coordinate the quarterly valuation programme ensuring all data and financials are accurately reported to advisers
    Create and submit all requisite asset management and fund reporting to investors
    What experience will I need?
    Real estate experience is a pre-requisite for this role.
    You must be highly numerate and comfortable managing large sets of data
    You will be able to undertake detailed financial analysis across both asset management and investment
    Organisation skills are essential as you will have various workstreams ongoing at any given time
    You must be flexible in your skillsets and eager to learn as this role will grow and diversify as the AUM build
    We are open on your current role however would be interested speaking to individuals from capital markets or valuations disciplines, seeking a more diversified role
