An extremely reputable firm are searching for a senior residential property solicitor to join their team in Guildford. The firm are at the top of their game, being ranked highly in the top 200 of The Times Best Law Firms 2021 and widely recognised in theLegal practise areas are ranked in tier 1). They are also renowned for their culture, with excellent training, pay and control over work-life balance provided. The role will see you joining as a senior associate and so taking a managerial role.

Thismeans you will have responsibility for the guidance and training of junior members of the team, as well as a considerable say in the business development and plan of the department.

You will also have an interesting and varied workload when fee-earning consistingof a mixture of residential property files.

To be successful, you will:

Ideally be a senior solicitor with at least 5 years of post qualified experience (however, less experienced candidates are also invited to apply).
Be keen to aid with marketing, businessdevelopment and mentoring.
Be a competent fee earner capable of hitting targets.
