    Head of Community

    Are you passionate about fostering vibrant communities and making a positive impact?

    Our client is a leading purpose-led workspace operator who are now looking for a new Head of Community & Impact. As a certified B Corporation, our client is dedicated to supporting entrepreneurs from diverse backgrounds and promoting socially and environmentally beneficial business models.

    In this role, you'll lead the Community Team, ensuring the highest quality member experience across their workspaces while overseeing their impactful activities.

    Responsibilities include: (But are not limited to)

    - Strategy

    Develop and own company strategy for community support, impact, and front-of-house services.

    Act as a strategic liaison between the Community Team and other departments such as Facilities, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

    - Community Team

    Lead the Community Team.

    Establish and maintain an efficient staffing and management structure, adapting as the company grows.

    Directly manage the Community Team (currently 4 reports).

    Manage leave requests to ensure consistent staffing levels.

    Ensure coverage for absences within the Community Team.

    Define baseline and additional community activities for all workspaces.

    Provide support for training and professional development of Community Team members.

    - Clients & Partners

    Engage with clients and partners regarding the delivery of front-of-house services.

    Impact

    Oversee impact-focused activities across all workspaces.

    Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop content for the annual Impact Report.

    - Senior Management

    Attend bi-monthly Management Team meetings.

    Report on Community Team matters to senior management.
