This is a unique in-house Employment Solicitor role based within a prestigious international HR business headquartered in Manchester.

You will be taking on a diverse array of Employment Tribunal matters, collaborating closely with both the Litigation Executive Team and the Senior Leadership Team.

Having excelled in the HR space over the last 25 years, this business also provides tax and payroll advice, assisting their clients with a range of essential HR focused services. They take pride in helping business owners to manage their Employment and H&S tasks.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to take on a wide range of Employment work at a well-recognised international HR business.

The business is looking for an experienced Litigation professional to assist their clients when they receive employment tribunal claims by assuming conduct of cases from drafting documents, visiting clients, preparing cases for hearing and representing clients in hearings.

You will be part of the UK Legal Team and will work closely with the employment law advisory service, the Litigation Executive team and Senior Leadership Team. There is a strong focus on delivering high standards of care and service to their clients.

Some of your key responsibilities will include; case preparation (ET3 Responses), reviewing Employment Tribunal claims, Tribunal procedure advice, preparing insurer reports, liaising with the Litigation Manager & Insurance Claims Team, conduct settlement negotiations, client visits, assist in preparation, drafting and finalising of witness statements and much more.

Requirements

Employment Litigation experience

UK Qualified Lawyer (SRA/Cilex/BTC/SQE)
