    Your role as a RecruiterAs a Recruiter, you would play a vital role in bringing top talent to the company to help support business needs.

    Reporting into the Chief Transformation Officer, you would be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including screening CVs, sourcing passive candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the process until the offer has been accepted.

    You would collaborate closely with hiring managers and manage the recruitment process to ensure that the business is attracting top talent, and all candidates walk away with a positive impression of Veezu.

    ResponsibilitiesDrive full-cycle recruitment for all departments and positionsWork closely with the hiring team, People team, and other stakeholders to understand the requirements for each positionOrganize your daily work to ensure that nothing is overlookedProactively source talents at different levels of seniority (entry to executive)Ensure top-notch candidate experience with consistent and prompt communicationBuild and nurture your network to engage potential leadsWork on Talent Acquisition related projects such as employer brand, candidate experience improvement, scorecards, tools, automations, etcConstant benchmark of competitors and industry trendsContinuously partner with the hiring team and hiring managers to improve processes and metrics
