Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for both sales and management support? We're looking for a proactive Sales and Management Assistant to join our team, providing essential support to our sales and management departments


Duties:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers
  • Embrace learning opportunities to develop sales and management skills
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide training and support to sales team members

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Resultsdriven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

From £25,382.65 per year
