    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Join our dynamic and inclusive HR team as a Senior HR Advisor, supporting our ambitious growth plans and driving forward fresh initiatives.     Responsibilities:

    • Business Partnering: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, providing guidance and support on HR matters. Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive engagement, performance, and retention.
    • Resourcing: Support HR Managers in resource management, from authorizing vacancies to selection and onboarding. Assist with recruitment, development of apprentices, and summer placement programs.
    • Performance Management: Provide rigorous support for performance management, ensuring timely performance reviews and addressing training and development needs. Assist with promotion processes and salary reviews.
    • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, disciplinary and grievance issues, and absences. Provide advice on HR policies and procedures, benefits, and flexible working applications.
    • Other: Produce management information and reports, lead ad hoc projects, support engagement surveys, and identify trends within client groups.

    Skills and Qualifications:

    • Proactive HR professional with strong business partnering experience.
    • Graduate calibre and ideally part or fully CIPD qualified.
    • Previous generalist HR experience, preferably in a professional services or fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work autonomously, influence at senior levels, and communicate effectively.
    • Strong organization and time management skills, with attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Excel and highly computer literate.
