    Lead Credit Risk Analyst

    Manchester (Remote-first)

    Up to £74,000 + benefits

    Do you want to be involved in revolutionizing the a credit risk capability?

    Are you a Credit Risk Data Modelling expert looking for their next challenge?

    MBN Solutions are partnered with a Tier 1 UK Bank on the lookout for a Lead Credit Risk Data Analyst to join their expanding team. In this role you will be:

    • Performing qualitative and quantitative analysis and providing valuable guidance for business decision-making.
    • Executing governance and control tasks such as tracking deliverables, reviewing or drafting meeting minutes, reporting on process and control status, and overseeing control remediation efforts.
    • Taking charge of delivering regulatory-compliant data for credit modeling.
    • Implementing changes that improve the efficiency or effectiveness of analytical output in Credit Insight and Analytics.

    We are looking for:

    • Proven experience within data management (quality, metadata, modelling) and governance.
    • Proficiency with SAS and/or Python.
    • Excellent stakeholder engagement, process, influencing, and management skills.
    • Extensive knowledge of credit risk modelling within a financial services environment.
    • Strong English language skills.
