Accounts Support Administrator - Portadown, United Kingdom - Gen Tech Recruitment

Permanent Accounts Support Administrator required for Portadown.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with calls in a professional manner and responding accordingly
- Processing invoices and sending to customers
- Assisting Credit Control with chasing age debt
- Processing all sale invoices and reconciling the balance of the account
- Support Purchase ledger Clerk
- Liaise with markets regarding international payments.
- All associated administration
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Experience with SAGE
- Previous experience within a busy office environment
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A good standard of education including GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above
Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 8.30 am pm.
Salary:
£23,000 - £26,000 per annum (DOE)
