Description

Permanent Accounts Support Administrator required for Portadown.

Duties will include:


  • Dealing with calls in a professional manner and responding accordingly
  • Processing invoices and sending to customers
  • Assisting Credit Control with chasing age debt
  • Processing all sale invoices and reconciling the balance of the account
  • Support Purchase ledger Clerk
  • Liaise with markets regarding international payments.
  • All associated administration

Essential Criteria:


  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with SAGE
  • Previous experience within a busy office environment
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • A good standard of education including GCSE Maths & English at Grade C or above

Hours of work:
Monday - Friday 8.30 am pm.


Salary:
£23,000 - £26,000 per annum (DOE)
